James founded Just Plans in 2002 from his father’s High Street law practice. He is passionate about good design, planning strategy and lateral problem-solving, and he oversees most planning applications.
James holds a BA and MA (Cantab) from Peterhouse, Cambridge University (1999-2002).
James lives in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, with his wife Sophie and their 4 children. In 2016 he completed a 1000km cycle trip to Spain with his 10 year-old son.
Joseph O’Neill

Joseph is a highly driven and disciplined individual. He is a perfectionist, detail-focused, a consummate entertainer, and able to deliver top quality drawings at remarkable speed.
There is nobody quite like Joseph! He is goal-focused, practical and passionate. He cannot stand to leave a job incomplete. Clients comment on his ability to listen, to give focused, no-nonsense feedback, and also to empathise.
Joseph manages the company and oversees all survey and plan packages. He lives in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, is married to Katie, and is the father of one young son.
